ONKEE
Korean Grill House

ONKEE is a Korean grill house located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The name "ONKEE" derives from the Korean word that symbolizes the warmth of a hearth that fills the home and the comfort of shared, warm food. Rooted in this concept, ONKEE brings together the essence of Korea's earth and sea, incorporating natural clay, sea salt, and fresh seasonal ingredients that convey the energy of the land and ocean. The restaurant embodies the heartfelt wishes of a mother for her family's health and happiness. Through the traditional Korean hearth and the charm of handcrafted earthenware, 'onggi,' ONKEE showcases Korean culture, embracing the beauty of imperfection and reflecting a natural, authentic spirit in its space.

KIM DAN SA GA

It started with the simple aim of sharing the best quality Yeongju apples with more people. This farm-to-consumer project supports Kim Dan, who waits until the perfect moment to ensure apples are picked at peak condition, fresh from the orchards. The simple yet sophisticated packaging includes a photo of the apple orchards of Yeongju by photographer Woongu Kang, reflecting the spirit of Kim Dan Saga. The apples are nestled in with patience and sincerity, in line with the laws of nature. Be My Guest uses this gift every Thanksgiving as a gesture of the warm nature of the Korean heart.
