The menu offers on the spot, freshly-milled rice, charcoal-grilled umami, and home-made golden-ratio sauces to please any palate. De Moon, whose meaning in Korean is ‘not banal’, sought to express the uncommon yet sophisticated taste of Korean food in our daily lives.
