Moonbear is brewed with pure underground rock-filtered water from the pristine region of Gangwon, while Milky Way Makgeolli is produced in limited quantities at a 100-year-old brewery in Yeongyang, Gyeongbuk, through Kyochon's subsidiary, Fermentation Workshop 1991.
