NARO

NARO is a contemporary Korean fusion fine-dining restaurant in NYC. Created by the team behind Atoboy and the two-Michelin-starred Atomix, it focuses on the subtle and delicate flavors of Korean cuisine, drawing inspiration from traditional ingredients, techniques, and classic dishes throughout Korean history.

The name “NARO” carries dual meanings: it references South Korea’s first space launch vehicle to reach low Earth orbit in 2009, as well as the Korean phrase meaning “through me” or “because of me,” symbolizing positive influence and transformation. Rooted in the Korean aesthetic concept of harmony with nature, NARO reinterprets Korean joy and aesthetics through its cuisine and cultural ambiance. The restaurant showcases modern Korean creativity in its unique dishes and innovative interior, crafted in collaboration with Korean artists.

KIM DAN SA GA

It started with the simple aim of sharing the best quality Yeongju apples with more people. This farm-to-consumer project supports Kim Dan, who waits until the perfect moment to ensure apples are picked at peak condition, fresh from the orchards. The simple yet sophisticated packaging includes a photo of the apple orchards of Yeongju by photographer Woongu Kang, reflecting the spirit of Kim Dan Saga. The apples are nestled in with patience and sincerity, in line with the laws of nature. Be My Guest uses this gift every Thanksgiving as a gesture of the warm nature of the Korean heart.
